MR. RICE ON "ENGINEERING"

Fifth Lecture in Union Series on Professions in Living Room at 7.30.

Mr. G. S. Rice S. '70, chief engineer of the Rapid Transit Commission of New York, will deliver the fifth lecture in the series on the professions, on "Engineering," this evening at 7.30 o'clock in the Living Room of the Union.

Some time after graduating from the Scientific School, Mr. Rice became a member of the Rapid Transit Commission of Boston. Later he became deputy chief engineer of the New York Rapid Transit Commission, and has since then been appointed chief engineer.

The lecture will be open only to members of the Union.
