ITHACA, N. Y., MAY 16.--The Harvard cricket team defeated Cornell in a well played game today by a score of 164 to 102 runs. The victory of the Harvard team was due partly to superior batting and partly to the fact that Cornell's fielding was impaired by the heavy rain which fell while Harvard was at the bat. For Harvard Taylor's bowing was good, and Bonbright made the best score of the afternoon with a total of 95 runs. Walters and Sayce did the best playing for Cornell.
