1908 Baseball Work Poor

The practice of the Freshman baseball squad for the past week has been decidedly listless. The batting has been unsteady and the infield throwing, especially among the first basemen, has been very inaccurate. The outfielders alone have shown improvement.

As there are only two pitchers on the squad more men are needed for this position, and all Freshmen with any previous experience are urged to report at 3.30 o'clock this afternoon on Soldiers Field.
