Work on the tennis courts was begun Monday, when all the courts on Jarvis Field were raked and re-surfaced. They will be rolled every day and should be in condition for use by the first of next week. Work on the Holmes Field courts will be begun in a few days.

Eight or ten new courts are to be made on Holmes Field, behind Pierce Hall. Work on these courts will be commenced about the middle of April and it is expected that they will be opened for play by the first of May.
