Outdoor Track Work Yesterday

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The track squad, which now numbers about 145 men, was given outdoor practice on Soldiers Field yesterday for the first time this season. Mr. W. F. Garcelon '95 and Mr. E. H. Clark '96 coached, but the work was light for all the squads.

Today, however, hard practice and regular training will begin. Mr. Lathrop will arrive in Cambridge today and will be at Soldiers Field this morning from 10 o'clock until 1, and in the afternoon from 2.30 until 5 o'clock. All the squads and all men intending to try for the team must report today at one of these times. More men are needed, especially for the field and weight events, and all candidates must join the squad today.
