8 Takeaways From Harvard’s Task Force Reports
The University eight-oared shell for this year will be built by Hoyle of Ithaca, N. Y. Mr. Hoyle has several eight-oared boats in process of construction and from these the University shell; which will be delivered about May 1, is to be selected.
The frame-work of the Freshman shell is nearly completed. This boat, as well as the four-oared University shell, is being built by Frank E. Davy of Cambridge, it will be on the same lines as last year's boat with the exception of a slightly greater fullness in the bow and stern.
The Yale eight-oared and four-oared boats are both being constructed at Mr. Davy's shop and are completed with the exception of rigging. The eight-oar shell will be delivered about March 10.
