Man Who Managed Clients for High-End Cambridge Brothel Network Pleads Guilty
During the week the University baseball squad has been practicing daily in the Cage under the direction of Captain Randall and Coach Murphy, assisted by Keeler and Chesbro of the New York American League team. The field squad has been reduced to 25 men, but as yet no cut has been made in the battery squad. Until outdoor work commences, practice will be continued substantially as at present.
A slight improvement has been made a batting, although the men are far from showing good form. In fielding the work has been poor. The men are still slow and uncertain in fielding ground balls and are inaccurate in throwing to first base. In running to bases little ability has been shown. At sliding bases, however, the work has been fast and satisfactory. The pitchers have been especially coached in controlling their throws, but have not evinced any decided improvements in this respect. The catchers are still weak and uncertain in throwing and do not afford the pitchers any assistance.
