Cut in University Field Division.--Freshman Fielders Report Today at 4.

A cut was made yesterday in the University field baseball squad. The following 32 men have been retained and will report in the Cage at 2.30: Adams, Bolton, Bradbury, J. Burns, Colby, G. S. Dexter, W. D. Dexter, Evans, Fish, Gallagher, Gardiner, Giles, C. Greenough, H. Greenough, A. Grant, R. Grant, Kernan, C. Leonard, McCarty, Mahar, Matthews, Mitchell, Nesmith, Newhall, G. Q. Peters, Powers, Russell, Spencer, Sperry, C. J. Stevens, Usher, Wickersham.

The two former field squads have thus been merged into one squad, reporting at 2.30, and the two former battery squads now form one squad, reporting at 2.15.

The Freshman field candidates will report in the Cage today at 4 o'clock. L. P. Pieper 2L., who assisted in coaching the Freshmen last year, has been appointed coach. The Freshman battery candidates will continue to practice with the University battery squad.
