Second Issue of "Bothsides."

The second issue of "Bothsides," the new monthly magazine published by the University Debating Council, will appear tomorrow. The number will contain the following articles: "Debating at an English University," by O. C. Pratt 1L.; "The Triangular Scheme of Cornell, Columbia and Pennsylvania," by W. L. Ransom of Cornell; "Review of the Chicago-Minnesota Debate on Railroad Combination," by H. P. Chandler; "Review of the Brown-Dartmouth Debate on Reciprocity with Canada," by Professor T. N. Carver.

Tomorrow evening at 7.15 o'clock there will be a meeting in the Assembly Room of the Union of all men in the University interested in debating. Copies of the two issues of "Bothsides" will be distributed.
