The University gymnastic team held a joint exhibition with Yale in the Hemenway Gymnasium last evening. The work of the two teams was very even throughout, though that of the Yale team was somewhat more finished. Anderson excelled for Yale, and Captain Evans for Harvard. The performance on the parallel bars was the best on the program, and in this event the Harvard team showed a high degree of training. The Yale tumbling tricks were seen to better advantage than those of the University team on account of their arrangement, but the individual tricks of the Harvard men were superior.
