Professor T. N. Carver and Dr. W. B. Munro, of the department of Political Economy, and R. W. Kelso 21., assistant in the department of English, have consented to act as judges for the Senior-Junior debate, which will be held in the New Lecture Hall on December 19, instead of December 18, as formerly announced Dr. Munro is especially well qualified to judge as he has made municipal government his special field of work. R. H. Oveson 11, will preside at the debate.
