The University handball team will hold a series of monthly meets with the Boston Young Men's Christian Union throughout the year, the first of which will be played this week, although the exact date has not yet been decided. Arrangements are also being made for matches with Yale, Columbia, Dartmouth, Brown, Williams and Holy Cross. There are at present no intercollegiate rules, but the executive committee of the Harvard Hand-ball Association has drawn up and had printed a set of rules, which will be put on sale at the Co-operative Society within a few days.

A trial tournament to pick men for the team will be held directly after Christmas. Eight men will be chosen for the squad, and of this number four will constitute the team.
