Professor Norton on "Teaching"

Professor A.O. Norton '98 will speak on the "Requirements for the License to Teach in the principal cities of the United States" at the Seminary of Education in Lawrence 10 this afternoon at 3.30 o'clock. A description will be given of what the best cities in the country require of candidates taking examinations for teaching positions. Certain cities require candidates to pass examinations in such subjects as the history of education, the general principles of education, and school management.

The lecture will be open to all members of the University.
