Under the provisions of the by-laws of the Co-operative Society all nominations, for offices in the society during the coming year, other than those already made by the stockholders, must be signed by 25 members of the society, and the nomination papers delivered to the secretary, Professor J. H. Gardiner, Grays 18, today. The annual meeting of the Society will be held, according to the provisions of the by-laws, in Lower Massachusetts, on Wednesday, November 15, at 4.30 o'clock.
