First University Tea on Friday

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The first of the University teas for the year will be held in the parlor of Phillips Brooks House Friday afternoon from 4 until 6 o'clock. The object of these teas is to provide an opportunity for students to meet one another informally and to bring them in closer touch with the officers of the University, and their families, some of whom will be present at each tea.

As in former years these entertainments will be held on Friday afternoons throughout December, January, and February, and will be managed by a permanent executive committee of certain members of the Faculty and their wives. There will be a special reception committee for each Friday.

The officers in charge for this year are: secretary Mrs. R.W. Willson; assistant secretary Mrs. F.N. Robinson; treasurer, Mrs. W.M. Davis.
