At a special meeting of the Intercollegiate Cross Country Association, held before the race last Friday, a committee was elected to consider the advisability of purchasing a permanent trophy for the annual cross country race. The conditions governing the final ownership of the cup, which will, if purchased, be awarded each year to the winner of the race, will not be fixed until the annual meeting on March 10. Cornell, which won the run on Friday, will be awarded the cup for this year.
