Captain Hurley's Condition Improved

Dr. Nichols last night gave out the following statement in regard to Captain Hurley's condition: "Captain Hurley has had a very comfortable day. His symptoms have improved constantly since his admission to the hospital, and he has been out in the hospital yard. There have been no complications, and there is no possibility of any immediate operation."
