The following bulletin of Captain Hurley's condition was issued last night:

Captain Hurley's symptoms continue slightly to improve. He is perfectly comfortable and was in a wheeled chair on Sunday for the first time. No immediate operation is probable. His convalescence, however, is certain to be slow. W. H. BULLARD, M. D.   E. H. NICHOLS, M. D.
