Men living in Perkins have petitioned the Corporation to be allowed to convert two of the present bedrooms in the south entry into a living room, which they will furnish and use for a smoking and reading room.
This petition is important since such a living room will be the first of its kind in any dormitory, except in those on Mt. Auburn street.
