Only enough Freshmen reported for the autumn rowing squad yesterday afternoon to form two crews. This small number of men as compared with last year is due to the fact that many Freshmen are rowing on the various dormitory eights.
The men who reported were given preliminary work on the machines under the supervision of Captain Filley and Coach Wray. Later on one temporary eight was organized and sent out on the river. The work will continue today at 3.30 o'clock.
