Team C defeated team D yesterday afternoon by a score of 12 to 6 in the second game of the fall baseball series. Although the fielding was very ragged, on the whole the teams played better baseball than teams A and B on Thursday afternoon. Neither team showed ability in batting and the runs were principally due to errors by the opposing side. Team C made three runs in each of the first three innings as a result of a few hits and errors by team D. In the second and fourth innings team D scored four runs and on a wild throw added two more in the ninth but was unable to overcome team C's lead.
