The Freshman football squad was given a long practice yesterday afternoon. Four teams, A, B, C and D, were formed, and ran through light signal practice. Afterwards all the men were divided into squads and practiced tackling the dummy, passing, kicking and falling on the ball. This work will be continued for some time in order to get the men well grounded in the rudimentary points of the game. Tomorrow there will be a short line-up between the four teams in preparation for the game on Saturday.

The following men are assisting T. G. Meier 2nd., '04 in coaching the squad: W. T. Harrison '06, J. Reynolds '07 and F. Metcalf '06.
