More than ninety candidates for the Freshman football team reported at Soldiers Field yesterday afternoon. Although no attempt was made to organize the men into squads, they were given light work in passing, falling on the ball and running down the field under punts under the direction of Coach T. C. Meier, 2nd, '04. Tomorrow two or three squads will be formed and light signal work will begin.
The Freshman schedule has been arranged as follows:
Oct. 7--Groton at Groton.
Oct. 14--Exeter at Exeter.
Oct. 21--Andover at Andover.
Oct. 28--Worcester Academy at Worcester.
Nov. 4--Dean Academy at Cambridge.
Nov. 11--Cushing Academy at Cambridge.
Nov. 18--Yale 1909 at Cambridge.
