Debating Council Collecting Money

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The University Debating Council recently decided to institute a new system of collecting money for debating, in order to once more put University debating on a firm footing. Men are already at work among the dormitories. All the money thus collected will be turned over to the University Debating Council and used to pay off debts contracted during the past few years in giving prizes. A few prizes, won last year, but never presented, will also be purchased from this fund.
