Assignment of Rooms in Union

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

To assure a more efficient assignment of rooms in the Union for this year a new plan has been adopted. Application blanks must be procured at the Union office and filled out containing the name and address of the secretary, a complete list of the dates and the rooms desired in the order of preference, as well as a complete list of the members of the organization. These must be returned to C. E. Ware, Jr., Harvard Union, Cambridge, Mass, before Saturday, October 21. Late applications will suffer accordingly.

Applications will be granted at the discretion of the Assignment of Rooms Committee, and no organization having less than 75 per cent of its members, members of the Union, will be assigned rooms. Preference in the assignment of rooms will be given to clubs having the highest percentage.
