About 80 men reported in the Gymnasium yesterday afternoon for the first winter practice of candidates for the track team, which consisted of light exercises with the dumb-bells and chest-weights, followed by a few easy laps around the indoor track. This afternoon Mr. Graham will take charge of the work, which will be practically the same as yesterday. Tomorrow Mr. Garcelon will be at the practice and will devote special attention to the hurdlers.
