The Sophomore hockey team won the interclass championship yesterday by scoring 2 goals to 1 against the Juniors in a spirited game on the Stadium rink. Neither team showed much evidence of team-work, and the goals were purely the result of individual playing. Nichols scored both goals for the Sophomores, in each case shooting the puck into the net from a difficult angle. Moore shot the goal for the Juniors from a scrimmage just before the end of the first half. During the second half, the playing was close, and only occasionally could either team advance the puck farther than coverpoint. Nichols and Lanahan played the best game for the Sophomores, and Nesmith for the Juniors.
