The condition of the ice is fair today on: Wood Island Pond at East Boston, Gibson play-ground at Dorchester, Charlestown play-ground and Neponset play-ground. The open rink on Franklin Field is rather rough. The Boston Park Commission will commence this morning to clear off the ponds in the Boston Public Gardens and Common. There is at present no skating on Spy Pond, Jamaica Pond, or the play-grounds at North Brighton, Roslindale, and First street, in South Boston.
