Meeting of 1908 Crew Candidates.

About 100 men reported at the meeting for Freshman crew candidates held last evening in the Training Table Room of the Union. Captain Filley; after appointing C. Wiggins '08 captain of the squad, outlined briefly the proposed scheme of work.

Candidates for the crew will be called out shortly after the mid-year period, but the first crew will not be chosen definitely until after the class races, which will come about May 23. The squad will be coached by Wray and will row from the Newell boathouse.
