Freshman Debate Trials Tonight.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The first of a series of four trials for the Freshman team to debate against Exeter will be held in Upper Massachusetts this evening immediately after the Freshman class meeting. Should the class meeting continue after 8 o'clock, however, the trials will be held tomorrow at a place to be announced in the CRIMSON.

Thus far, the debate with Exeter is the only outside debate arranged, and the present series of trials is the last to be held this year. If another outside debate is arranged, the three men making the best showing at these trials will meet the stronger of the outside teams, and the next three men the weaker.

The subject this evening will be: "Resolved, That railroad pooling should be legalized under Federal supervision."
