The final matches in the Senior, Junior and Freshman class tennis tournaments were played yesterday afternoon. C. W. Blossom won the Senior championship by defeating E. S. Harrison in straight sets, 6-3, 6-3, 6-3. In the Junior tournament, B. S. Prentices defeated J. I. B. Learned in a very exciting match, 8-6, 5-7, 4-6, 6-4, 6-3. Prentice played a steadier game than his opponent and was more effective at the net. J. M. Morse won the Freshman class championship by defeating J. M. Eaton, 6-4, 6-2, 3-6, 6-3. Both men played a careful game. Morse winning out by his superior play at the net.

The first round of the interclass tournament will be played today at 2 o'clock. C. W. Blossom '04 will play B. S. Prentice '05, and T. B. Dorman '06 will play J. M. Morse '07. The two winners will meet in the finals for the University championship tomorrow. The semi-final rounds today will be for the best two out of three sets, and the final round for the best three out of five sets.
