The Sociedad Espanola at its last meeting elected the following officers for the coming year: president, A. P. Raggio 3G.; vice-president, A. Cumming 3G.; secretary, B. C. Van Wye '04; treasurer, W. C. Titcomb 1G.; fifth members of executive committee, F. W. Morrison, '00. Honorary and active members were elected as follows: Honorary--Theodore Roosevelt '80, Professor A. Rambeau of Massachusetts Institute of Technology, F. W. Atkinson '90, W. B. de las Casas '79, A. P. Cushing '78, Professor G. L. Goodale M.'63, Professor F. M. Josselyn, of Boston University, R. S. Sturgis, and Wallace Gillpatrick, of the Mexican Herald. Active--F. van Nuys 2M., H. W. Ballantine 3L., J. H. A. Symonds 3L., H. R. Patterson '05, J. A. Scott '05, A. P. Rice '05, G. I. Pettingill '06, A. W. Roberts '06, B. L. Read sC., F. Arruebarrena. The Sociedad now has a membership of 90.

Next January, a public performance of Moratin's "Ei Si de las Ninas" will be given on the centennial anniversary of its first presentation in Spain.
