Mr. R. W. G. Welling '08 will speak on "Politics. Everybody's Business," in the Union this evening at 7.30 o'clock.
Mr. Welling is a practicing New York lawyer who has taken an active part in the reform of city politics. He is one of the founders of the City Club, of New York, and the organizer of several good government clubs in the city and state. He served in the navy during the Spanish war as an ensign.
Through his lengthy and aggressive experience in the struggle for better municipal conditions, Mr. Welling has acquired an intimate knowledge of the ways and means of reform in city government.
The lecture will be open only to members of the Union.
