A Minnesota Club was formed last Wednesday evening at a meeting of ten members of the University from the state of Minnesota. Officers for this academic year were elected as follows: president, W. A. Monten '04; vice-president. L. B. Byard '05; secretary, W. G. Graves '06; treasurer, S. B. Smith '06.

Committees were appointed to draw up by-laws, to make arrangements for a dinner, and to submit designs for a shingle. A constitution was drafted, and will be adopted at the next meeting, to be held immediately after the spring recess.
