Professor Wyman's Second Lecture.

Professor Bruce Wyman '96 of the Law School will deliver the second of his lectures on the general topic, "The Administration of Law by Public Officers," in the East Room of Austin Hall at 12 o'clock today. The special topic for this lecture will be "The Powers of the Administration." Professor Wyman will discuss the political and governmental powers of the administration including diplomatic and colonial relations.

The lecture will be open to all members of the University.
