Mr. W. H. Price 3G. will speak before the Seminary of Economics this afternoon at 4.30 o'clock in University 23 on "The Elizabethan Patents of Monopoly." Mr. Price is at present an instructor in economics at Tufts College. His paper will present the results of an exhaustive investigation of his subject, which he has carried on with Assistant Professor Gay.
