The Sophomore Debating Club, at its last meeting adopted the following amendments to the constitution relative to speaking at meetings:

The number of main speakers shall be reduced from three to two and the length of time of the main speeches shall be increased from seven to eight minutes. Both main speakers shall deliver rebuttal speeches of four minutes each.

No main speaker shall speak from the floor, and no member shall speak from the floor more than once on a question.

The maximum length of speeches from the floor shall be increased from four to six minutes.
