The annual meeting of the Inter-University Lacrosse League will be held in New York Saturday evening. The principal business to come before the meeting will be the consideration of the proposed semi-consolidation of the Inter-University, and Inter-collegiate leagues. The Inter-University league is composed of Harvard, Cornell, Pennsylvania and Columbia; the Intercollegiate league of southern colleges. This proposed consolidation is to unite all college lacrosse interests in the United States under one association with one set of rules for all the teams. At the Inter-University meeting Saturday, a committee consisting of H. V. Blaxter '05 and W. S. Finlay of Cornell, will report on a constitution and playing rules for the proposed league. If the report is accepted it will then be submitted to the Intercollegiate league.
In addition to the consideration of this proposed consolidation, the Inter-University schedule for this year will be adopted and a decision reached on the award of the championship for last year.
The University will be represented by R. H. Bollard '05.
