Mr. Thomas L. Greene, of New York City, will speak before the Seminary of Economics this evening at 7.30 o'clock, in University 24, on "The Capitalization of Corporations." Mr. Greene is vice-president of the Audit Company of New York, a member of the Century Association, and the author of a book, "Corporation Finance."
The lecture will be open to members of the University.
