The Chess Club is now holding a round robin tournament from which four men will be selected to represent the University in the intercollegiate meet, to take place at the West Side Republican club, New York, on December 22, 23 and 24. In this meet the teams will play one match each day, and the play will take place afternoon and evening, if necessary. The time limit for each man will be 15 moves an hour. The order of play is as follows:

December 22-Columbia vs. Harvard, Yale vs. Princeton.

December 23-Harvard vs. Princeton Columbia vs. Yale.

December 24-Harvard vs. Yale, Columbia vs. Princeton.

The club has decided this year to reenter the Metropolitan Chess League, and at a meeting of different representatives of the league this evening at the Boston Chess Club, plans for the rest of the year will be discussed, and a schedule arranged.
