This report, embodying the date, plans and eligibility rules for the Class Day elections, will present for vote of the class a suggestion that the first marshal, instead of the chairman of the Class Committee, be permanent presiding officer for future meetings of the class. The date at which the wearing of caps and gowns shall be commenced will also be determined at this meeting.
