The Week In Basketball.

Practice of the basketball squads during the week has shown decided improvement both in team work and in shooting for baskets. The class squads are playing well together and indications point to a closely contested class series. Although the Seniors have more experienced players to choose from, they are only slightly superior in accuracy of play.

In practice last night, the three lower classes held short matches between first and second teams picked from the respective squads. The Seniors played against a team partly composed of members and substitutes of last year's University team.

Dates of the class series have been changed and are now as follows: Seniors vs. Juniors, December 5; Sophomores vs. Freshmen, December 6; championship game, between the winners of the above matches, December 8.

No cut will be made in the squads until after the class series.
