Man Who Managed Clients for High-End Cambridge Brothel Network Pleads Guilty
Under the auspices of the Philosophical club, Professor Borden Parker Bowne, of Boston University, will speak in the Fogg Lecture Room this evening at 8.30 o'clock, on "A Report from the Philosophical Field." Professor Bowne will describe the philosophical situation and outlook, treating the subject from a theoretical standpoint.
Professor Bowne graduated from New York University in 1871, and has received the degrees of A.M. and LL.D. from Ohio Wesleyan University. Since 1876 he has been professor of philosophy in Boston University. He is the author of "The Philosophy of Herbert Spencer," "Studies in Theism," "the Theory of Thought and Knowledge," "The Christian Life," "The Christian Revelation," and several other books on philosophical subjects.
The lecture will be open to the public.
