A large number of candidates reported for the second day's practice of the Freshman hockey team yesterday afternoon on the second rink in the Stadium. The work consisted of preliminary practice in passing and shooting, followed by a game with members of the University second squad.
The Freshmen played a fast game and, for so early in the season, exhibited good form in shooting and passing. The first team lined up as follows: r.e., Wendell, Pickman; r.c., Fargo, Seamans; l.c., Onativia; l.e., MacDonald; c.p., Moore; p., B. Parker; g., Carpenter.
