Under the auspices of the Christian Association Mr. W. R. Hotchkiss, lately situated at New Gando, Central Africa, as travelling secretary for the Student Volunteer Movement, will speak at 7.30 o'clock this evening in the Shepard Room of Phillips Brooks House, on "The Opportunity for Christian Service Abroad."

Mr. Hotchkiss, who has been for some years a missionary among the Africans, has thoroughly studied the native dialects of a people among whom he intends to introduce translations of English works.
