This Evening From 9 to 11 o'clock in the Living Room.

The first of a series of "pop-nights" will be held this evening from 9 to 11 o'clock in the Living Room of the Union. The University orchestra, under the direction of J. W. Johnston '05, will play a number of selections, including all the songs accepted this fall by the football song committee. Printed copies of the songs will be distributed. During the intermissions it is hoped that there will be impromptu singing. Small tables will be placed in the Living Room and throughout the evening light refreshments, such as may be obtained at the lunch counter, will be served at regular prices.

These "pop-nights," or informal meetings, will be held from time to time throughout the year. In the spring they will probably be given on the veranda.

Only members of the Union will be admitted and membership cards must be shown at the door.
