In a match with the Birchbrook Gun Club, of Lynn, held on Soldiers Field Saturday morning, the Gun Club won by a score of 191 to 175. Each team was composed of five men, and every man shot at 50 birds thrown from a Magau trap at unknown angles. The best individual score was made by J. Hinckley '06, who shot 45 birds.
Following are the scores:
Harvard--Hinckley, 45; Foster, 43; Bartlett, 37; Webster, 37; Kissel, 29.
Birchbrook--Kirkwood, 44; Rowe, 40; Bell, 38; Frank, 38; Straw, 15.
The annual intercollegiate shoot between Harvard, Yale, Pennsylvania and Princeton will be held at Princeton next Saturday. The University club will hold practice shoots today, tomorrow and Thursday, to pick a team, which will leave for Princeton on Friday.
