The second of the interclass debates, between the Seniors and the Juniors, will be held on Tuesday, December 20. The question, submitted by the Seniors, is: "Resolved, That it should be the policy of the United States not to hold territory unless with the purpose that it shall ultimately enjoy statehood."
The trials for the Senior and Junior teams will be held next Tuesday, at places and times to be announced later. At the Senior trials a first and second team will be definitely chosen. The Juniors will retain six men, and on Friday, November 25, will have a second and final trial in the form of a regular debate between two teams of three men each.
All Seniors wishing to compete in the trials must give their names to R. P. Dietzman, Conant 20, before 6 P. M. Monday, and all Juniors to M. Kabatchnick, Perkins 34, before noon on Tuesday.
