Mr. A. D. Noyes, of the editorial staff of the New York Evening Post, will deliver the first of his two lectures on "The Recent Economic History of the United States," in the Fogg Lecture Room, this evening at 8 o'clock.
In his lecture this evening, Mr. Noyes will discuss the industrial revival after 1896, the causes and circumstances of the financial recovery from the previous hard times, the prosperity of the agricultural regions, and the so-called "American Invasion" of foreign markets, with its economic and political consequences.
The second lecture will be given tomorrow evening. Both will be open to the public.
