Prentice Left in Singles.--Larned and Sulloway in Finals of Doubles.

Haverford, Pa., Oct. 5.--In the intercollegiate tennis tournament on the courts of the Merion Cricket Club today, R. Leroy of Columbia, defeated J. I. B. Larned '05, in the semi-finals of the singles, and F. J. Sulloway '05 and J. I. B. Larned '05, defeated Rendell and Richardson, of Princeton, in the semi-finals of the doubles. The match between B. S. Prentice '05 and E. B. Dewhurst, of Pennsylvania, was postponed until tomorrow. The winner will play R. Leroy of Columbia for the intercollegiate championship in singles. The summary follows:

Singles, semi-final round--Leroy (Columbia) defeated Larned (Harvard), 6-1, 6-3.

Doubles, semi-final round--Sulloway and Larned (Harvard) defeated Rendall and Richardson (Princeton), 6-2, 8-6; Behr and Bodman (Yale) defeated Dewhurst and Takaki (Pennsylvania), 6-1, 6-2.

At the meeting of the Intercollegiate Tennis Association, the following officers were elected: president, H. H. Whitman '06; vice-president, K. Behr, of Yale; secretary and treasurer, H. J. Rendall, of Princeton. E. B. Dewhurst, of Pennsylvania, was elected delegate to the meeting of the National Tennis Association.
